We talk about what’s happening, what you’ve tried and what you’d like help with. I explain how I work and whether my support is a good fit. Assessment and practical training happen in paid sessions.

No. We choose the support around your dog’s needs. Some people begin with Understand Your Dog or RESET; others need the fuller support of REGAIN from the start.

In-person sessions take place at your location across South Tyneside, Newcastle and County Durham. Understand Your Dog and RESET are also available online at the same prices. REGAIN is available in person locally, with online support where suitable. Remote support can also help if you live further away or your dog finds unfamiliar people difficult.

Yes. I help you understand your dog and put changes into practice. Online, I guide you in your dog’s familiar surroundings. Your confidence and what you can realistically manage are part of the work.

Try the changes we agree and notice how your dog responds. We choose priorities that fit your day. Tell me if something feels too much so we can adjust it together.

I won’t force your dog through situations they can’t cope with. We begin by reducing unnecessary pressure and helping them recover. What they can manage guides what we do next.

Yes. I work with dogs of any age or breed, including puppies, seniors and multi-dog households.
