During our time together, we’ll:

  1. Look at the whole picture.Your dog’s experiences, behaviour, daily routines, physical wellbeing and what might be making life difficult for them.
  2. Understand what your dog needs.Recognise signs of stress, what helps them feel more comfortable and where they might need extra support.
  3. Find practical changes you can make.Things you can begin doing at home and on walks to make everyday life easier.
  4. Create simple emergency protocols.Know what to do when your dog becomes overwhelmed and how to help them recover afterwards.
  5. Identify your dog’s small everyday wins.Understand what realistic progress could look like and how to recognise when things are improving.

And afterwards?

You’ll receive a personalised written summary covering what we’ve discovered, your practical next steps, emergency protocols, signs of progress to look for and my recommendations for moving forward.
